Nelson earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and completed his undergraduate studies in Marketing with a concentration in Sales. His education, combined with decades of hands-on experience, allows him to analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and help clients make informed decisions in Tampa Bay's ever-changing real estate market.
Having lived in the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years, Nelson has watched the region evolve into one of Florida's most desirable places to live, work, and invest. He serves communities throughout Tampa Bay and enjoys helping clients discover what makes each neighborhood unique, whether they're purchasing a primary residence, selling a longtime family home, or expanding their investment portfolio.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nelson believes that clear, consistent communication is one of the most important parts of a successful real estate experience. Outside of real estate, Nelson has been married since 2003 and is the proud father of three children, two currently in college and one in high school. He volunteers in the community and at his children's schools, and he enjoys traveling with his family. Together, they have visited all 50 states.
